If you meet Katrin, you don’t simply taste her wines. You step into her world.
KLIN experiences are private encounters with Katrin Štoka — in the vineyards and in the cellar.
Shaped by place, season and the people gathered around the table, these moments have been unfolding since 2018.
You will walk through heroic vineyards suspended between the Karst plateau and the Adriatic Sea, taste limited-production wines and share time, stories, and silence with the person who grows the vines and makes the wine.
This is not a tasting.
It is time spent inside a landscape, guided by the hands and the voice of its vigneron.
